MiBrush® cleaning tablets are specially developed for use with ultrasonic cleaners such as those from MiBrush® or Oral Icon®. The powerful combination of sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and active oxygen provides deep, hygienic cleaning in just 5 minutes.
The MiBrush® cleaning tablets activate optimally when used with ultrasonic vibrations, which shake loose and dissolve dirt, bacteria and buildup deep within the material.

How to Use MiBrush® Cleaning Tablets
Use with an Ultrasonic Cleaner (recommended)
- Plug in the ultrasonic cleaner and fill the reservoir with clean, lukewarm water (approx. 40°C). Do not fill above the indicated maximum (e.g. 200–250 ml).
- Add 1 cleaning tablet. Wait a few seconds until the effervescent reaction becomes active.
- Place your aligner, retainer or denture in the water. Make sure it is fully submerged.
- Start the desired cleaning mode on your device:
- Quick clean: 3–5 minutes
- Deep clean with UV: 10 minutes (if available on your model)
After cleaning: remove the appliance from the water, rinse thoroughly under running water and let it air-dry or pat dry with a clean cloth.
Use Without an Ultrasonic Cleaner (for example, while traveling)
- Fill a glass or small container with lukewarm water (approx. 40°C).
- Add 1 tablet and wait a few seconds until the effervescent reaction becomes visible.
- Place your aligner, retainer or denture in the solution and ensure it is fully submerged.
- Let it soak for at least 5 minutes (longer is fine for extra effect, for example if there is heavy buildup).
- Rinse the dental appliance thoroughly with tap water before placing it back in your mouth.
