1. Brush your teeth with a toothpaste based on hyaluronic acid and xylitol, such as JuliBrite toothpaste.
2. Rinse your mouth with a mouthwash based on hyaluronic acid and xylitol, such as JuliBrite mouthwash.
3. Keep your mouth hydrated throughout the day with Moist-r Dry Mouth Spray.
4. Chew or dissolve saliva-stimulating tablets, such as those from Oramarie or Moist-r.
5. Tape your mouth during sleep with Nitezipp mouth tape to help prevent your mouth from drying out overnight.

5. Can I use Moist-R® every day, and are there any side effects?
